At Raja Rani, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and labels intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse or wear & tear

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
